From visit to deed
Three steps, with legal support at the reservation and the promissory contract.
Visit
In person or by video call, by appointment. We show you the villa, the plot and the terms.
Reservation and promissory contract
If you want to go ahead, you sign the promissory purchase contract, with a minimum deposit of 15% of the total price due on signing.
Customer Care
After the contract and confirmation of transfer, the Customer Care team takes over, handling any changes or extras you want in the villa.
Construction updates
Throughout the build you receive updates by email, message and photographs, plus site visits whenever they are useful.
Bank valuation
If you are using a mortgage, the property is valued by the bank.
Final inspection
Before the deed we walk through the house with you, alongside the sales and after-sales teams, to confirm everything is as agreed.
Deed
We set the date and place and share all the necessary paperwork. Once complete, we hand over the keys.
Technical handover
After handover, a technician can visit to explain how the heat pump, the pool and the other systems work.
After-sales
The team stays available for anything that comes up after handover.
